Now, isn't that a bit better? I had a bit more time drawing that lady, so I started shading her before she got off the train.

Okay, first thing I noticed is that the lady's hair is very well done! You've managed to give it depth. 
Her facial proportions are excellent; you're certainly improving! Her forearm is a bit too long though. I think her hand would be where her wrist is now. (Foreshortening, you see )
